Le spese di rispedizione sono a carico del cliente, salvo il caso di prodotto difettoso o errato. Il rimborso viene emesso entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento del reso, sullo stesso metodo di pagamento utilizzato.

  • How our products are made

    Each of our molds is the result of a rigorously artisanal process. From silicone casting to final finishing, we take care of every detail to ensure an excellent and long-lasting product.
    Because we don't work with industrial assembly lines, we devote the necessary care to each individual piece. To ensure this quality standard, all orders take exactly 5 business days to process and produce . This is the essential technical time needed to prepare your equipment flawlessly.

  • Couriers and Shipping

    Our commitment and direct responsibility ends the moment we hand your package over to the courier after 5 business days. Our products are always made within the agreed-upon timeframe.
    From that moment on, logistics management passes entirely to the carrier.
    We want to be extremely clear on this point: we have no control over transit times and are not responsible for any delays or disruptions caused by couriers . We will always provide you with a tracking link to monitor your package's progress, asking you to understand that what happens outside our lab is beyond our control.

  • Pre-Ordini

    Cosa significa "pre-ordine"?

    Alcuni stampi vanno esauriti molto rapidamente. Con il pre-ordine ti riservi il tuo pezzo dal prossimo lotto di produzione: nella pagina prodotto trovi sempre la data di spedizione stimata, e ti avviseremo via email non appena il tuo ordine parte dal laboratorio.

    Come posso seguire la mia spedizione?

    Appena il tuo ordine viene affidato al corriere ricevi un'email con il codice di tracciamento. Se dopo 24 ore il tracking non mostra aggiornamenti, non preoccuparti: a volte i sistemi dei corrieri si aggiornano con un po' di ritardo.

    La mia spedizione è in ritardo, cosa faccio?

    Scrivici a info.easylabdistribution@gmail.com indicando il numero d'ordine: apriamo subito una verifica con il corriere e ti teniamo aggiornato fino alla consegna. Anche se il trasporto è gestito da partner esterni, il tuo ordine è una nostra responsabilità e lo seguiamo noi fino a quando non è nelle tue mani.

  • Complaints, Delays and Damaged Goods

    We package each order with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, unexpected events can occur during transportation.
    In case of delivery delays, please check the status of your shipment using the tracking link we provided and contact the courier to verify its actual status. As previously stated, we cannot directly intervene or expedite the courier's delivery times.
    If the package is visibly damaged, crushed, weighs less than specified on the label, or is opened upon delivery, it is mandatory to sign a specific reservation (e.g., "reservation for crushed/open package") directly with the delivery person. We want to be very clear: if this written statement is not provided upon collection, we will not be able to initiate any refund or exchange with the carrier.
    If the goods are damaged inside or missing, please contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt, attaching clear photos of the outer packaging and molds. Beyond this strict deadline, we will not be able to process the report.

  • Invoice Requests

    Due to strict accounting and administrative regulations, an invoice must be requested by the 30th of the month in which your order is placed. You will find the appropriate fields during checkout: please fill them out carefully, correctly entering your VAT number (TVA) and company name.
    We want to be extremely clear on this point: after this deadline, the purchase will be automatically recorded as a personal purchase from a private individual and it will be technically impossible for us to issue a B2B invoice subsequently.

  • Custom Molds and Bespoke Projects

    As an artisanal company with firsthand experience in the workshop, we have the expertise to develop equipment based on your ideas. However, a custom project isn't simply a catalog order: it requires consulting, design, prototyping, and testing. For this reason, customized projects necessarily have different lead times and costs than standard products. If you have a specific project in mind to enhance the identity of your business, please contact us by email with all the details: we'll evaluate the technical feasibility together and provide you with a personalized quote.
