The design focuses on the striated, irregular texture of the surface, capturing the natural folds of the mature pod. It's a slender, aerodynamic shape, designed for minimalist plated desserts or bold decorations on modern cakes.

All Essence Easy Pastry Lab artisanal molds are made of BPA-free, food-grade platinum silicone . The superior flexibility of our silicone ensures easy demoulding.

Thermal Range: resistance from -40°C to +200°C.
Versatility: Perfect for blast chilling (Bavarois, mousse, whipped ganache) and for baking.
Care: Dishwasher safe, unbreakable and elastic (always returns to its original shape).

Cleaning and Storage

Wash well before first use. To preserve the product, wash the mold in the dishwasher after use, disinfect and dry thoroughly. Store in its packaging in a dry place with little light to avoid oxidation of the product.
