The "Fiorone Salentino" mold is a tribute to nature's generosity: it faithfully reproduces the abundant, "pot-bellied" shape of the fiorone, the king of figs. The surface is finely sculpted with typical vertical striations originating from the stem, creating a texture that captures light and guides the glazing, making the dessert indistinguishable from a freshly picked fruit.

Cleaning and Storage
