The "Fiorone Salentino" mold is a tribute to nature's generosity: it faithfully reproduces the generous, rounded shape of the fiorone, the king of figs. The surface is finely sculpted with the characteristic vertical striations that extend from the stem, creating a texture that captures the light and guides the glaze, making the dessert indistinguishable from a freshly picked fruit.

Cleaning and Storage

Wash well before first use. To preserve the product, wash the mold in the dishwasher after use, disinfect and dry thoroughly. Store in its packaging in a dry place with little light to avoid oxidation of the product.
