The "Date" mold is the quintessential trompe l'oeil : a hyper-realistic reproduction inspired by the Medjool variety, renowned for its rich flesh and naturally wrinkled skin. Every single fold and irregularity of the surface has been scanned and reproduced in the mold to guarantee a result that deceives the eye and seduces the palate.

All Essence Easy Pastry Lab artisanal molds are made of BPA-free, food-grade platinum silicone . The superior flexibility of our silicone ensures easy demoulding.

Product made of 100% Platinum Silicone with food contact certification and with a temperature range from -40 to +200 degrees centigrade.

Cleaning and Storage

Wash well before first use. To preserve the product, wash the mold in the dishwasher after use, disinfect and dry thoroughly. Store in its packaging in a dry place with little light to avoid oxidation of the product.
