We present our first silicone mold for modern cakes. Made for Valentine's Day and designed by our Marco De Donno. Simple but detailed, it best represents the feeling that we all would like to convey to our partners on Valentine's Day.
The Essence Easy Pastry Lab molds are made of 100% platinum silicone for food contact and have excellent thermal resistance (from -40 to 200°C) for use in the oven, freezer or blast chiller. They are dishwasher safe, unbreakable and elastic as they always return to their original shape even if bent. They are completely free of BPA substances.

Cleaning and Storage
Wash well before first use. To preserve the product, wash the mold in the dishwasher after use, disinfect and dry thoroughly. Store in its packaging in a dry place with little light to avoid oxidation of the product.
