Éclair El Sigar by Luca Borgioli is a unique product of its kind. The idea was born from the desire to transform the classic pastry cigar into an éclair, covered in a chocolate shell that gives it the appearance of a Cuban cigar.

To optimize this preparation, Luca relied on us at Easy Pastry Lab and, together, we developed a practical tool to facilitate the mass production of the thin chocolate shell that characterizes the shape of this product.

Our Cigar Tool consists of:

2 horizontal support bars
1 vertical bar on which to place the cigars
5 templates to make the chocolate shell
1 base tray to collect excess chocolate, minimising cleaning and avoiding waste

Made entirely of eco-friendly PLA+ , the tool resists temperatures up to a maximum of 50°C . Washing in the dishwasher or under running water at high temperatures is not recommended.

The kit includes mounting screws.
