Pay homage to the queen of Italian pastry making. The "Nocciola" mold reproduces the perfect geometry of the shelled and toasted hazelnut. The teardrop design is characterized by delicate vertical ribs that run from base to tip, giving the dessert momentum and dynamism. A sinuous shape without sharp edges, ideal for mirrored glazes or crunchy toppings.

All Essence Easy Pastry Lab artisanal molds are made of BPA-free, food-grade platinum silicone . The superior flexibility of our silicone ensures easy demoulding.

  • Versatility: Perfect for blast chilling (Bavarois, mousse, semifreddo) and for baking (excellent for travel cakes or hazelnut financiers).

Cleaning and Storage

Wash well before first use. To preserve the product, wash the mold in the dishwasher after use, disinfect and dry thoroughly. Store in its packaging in a dry place with little light to avoid oxidation of the product.
