Now open them and look at this dessert. It looks just like it, but it's actually a single-serving high-end pastry! We present "Triplo", our new trompe l'oeil dessert inspired by the most beloved hazelnut snack of all time.

Imagine the cut: a very thin chocolate shell that crunches under the fork, a velvety hazelnut cream, the crunchy touch of the wafer, and that unmistakable heart with the whole hazelnut.

The magic of this dessert? It's incredibly spectacular, but designed to facilitate work in the lab. We know that production time is fundamental in an artisanal pastry shop, which is why our mold has been designed to be easily used, always guaranteeing a perfect result for both cold single-serving desserts and delicious chocolate snacks.

Technical Details & Materials

All Essence Easy Pastry Lab artisan molds are made of food-grade Platinum Silicone, BPA-free. The superior flexibility of our silicone ensures easy demolding.

Temperature Range: resistant from -40°C to +200°C.
Versatility: Perfect for blast chilling (bavarians, mousses, whipped ganaches) and for oven baking.
Maintenance: Dishwasher safe, unbreakable and elastic (always returns to its original shape).

Cleaning and Storage

Wash well before first use. To preserve the product, wash the mold in the dishwasher after use, disinfect and dry thoroughly. Store in its packaging in a dry place with little light to avoid oxidation of the product.
