All Essence Easy Pastry Lab artisanal molds are made of Platinum Silicone for food contact, BPA-free. The superior flexibility of our silicone guarantees easy demolding.

Temperature Range: resistance from -40°C to +200°C.
Versatility: Perfect for blast chillers (bavarians, mousses, whipped ganaches) and for oven baking.
Maintenance: Dishwasher safe, unbreakable and elastic (always returns to its original shape).

Cleaning and Storage

Wash well before first use. To preserve the product, wash the mold in the dishwasher after use, disinfect and dry thoroughly. Store in its packaging in a dry place with little light to avoid oxidation of the product.
