Mold designed for the creation of a dessert with a hazelnut biscuit at the base made with the supplied pastry cutter and a hazelnut mousse poured into the silicone mold. As a final garnish, in the center, a home made hazelnut praline.
The mold is made of silicone certified for food contact and supports a temperature range from -40 to 200 ° C.
Included with the mold you will receive the Pasta Cup for the base of the mignon, made of Pla+ eco which supports temperatures up to a maximum of 70°C. Washing in the dishwasher or under running water at high temperatures is not recommended.

Lavare bene prima del primo utilizzo. Per conservare il prodotto lavare in lavastoviglie lo stampo dopo l`utilizzo, disinfettare e asciugare per bene. Conservare nel proprio packaging in luoghi asciutti e con poca luce per evitare l`ossidazione del prodotto.
