The Essence Easy Pastry Lab molds are made of 100% platinum silicone for food contact and have excellent thermal resistance (from -40 to 200°C) for use in the oven, freezer or blast chiller. They are dishwasher safe, unbreakable and elastic as they always return to their original shape even if bent. They are completely free of BPA substances.
The stencil is made of Pla+ eco and can withstand temperatures up to a maximum of 70°C. Washing in the dishwasher or under running water at high temperatures is not recommended.

Wash well before first use. To preserve the product, wash the mold in the dishwasher after use, disinfect and dry thoroughly. Store in its packaging in a dry place with little light to avoid oxidation of the product.
