Nothing evokes a smile like an ice cream cone. The "Sunday" kit transforms this timeless classic into a trompe l'oeil haute patisserie dessert, thanks to an ingenious system of two separate molds . The design doesn't attempt to imitate a scoop of artisanal ice cream, but is inspired by the perfect creaminess and sinuous curves of soft-serve ice cream , with a voluminous and inviting dome that culminates in a soft peak.

Technical Details & Materials

All Essence Easy Pastry Lab artisanal molds are made of BPA-free, food-grade platinum silicone . The superior flexibility of our silicone ensures easy demoulding.

  • Thermal Range: resistance from -40°C to +200°C.

  • Versatility: Perfect for blast chilling (Bavarois, mousse, semifreddo) and for baking.

  • Care: Dishwasher safe, shatterproof and elastic.

The set includes two complementary molds:

Mold A (Ice Cream Tuft)

  • Dimensions: 5.2cm x 5cm Height

  • Volume: 40ml

Mold B (Cone Base)

  • Dimensions: 6cm x 6cm Height

  • Volume: 70ml

Product made of 100% Platinum Silicone with food contact certification and with a temperature range from -40 to +200 degrees centigrade.

Cleaning and Storage

Wash well before first use. To preserve the product, wash the mold in the dishwasher after use, disinfect and dry thoroughly. Store in its packaging in a dry place with little light to avoid oxidation of the product.
